Challenge
Crisp had grown into a multi-product platform covering mobile app, chatbot, help desk, and CRM, but design consistency hadn’t kept pace. Each tool had evolved independently, creating friction for users moving between them and complexity for the team maintaining them.
Strategy
The collaboration was structured as a long-term embedded partnership rather than a series of discrete projects. Working as an extension of the Crisp development team, we focused on establishing a shared design language that could unify distinct products without erasing their individual purpose.
Product
Four major products were tackled over three years. We rebuilt the mobile app for iOS and Android with a clear visual hierarchy and native module system. The chatbot was redesigned using a modular approach to handle multiple branding themes and interaction states. The help desk was restructured around an intuitive content layout with robust search. The CRM was refined through competitive analysis and user interviews, with three visual directions developed before a final path was chosen.
