Challenge
Playbypoint needed stronger differentiation to reflect its leadership in racquet sports management. In a market where competitors present as generic SaaS, specificity became an opportunity to build a more distinctive brand — capturing the energy of sport while establishing credibility across communication and digital experience.
Strategy
We positioned Playbypoint as a partner that helps clubs operate with clarity and momentum. The key insight: clubs don’t need more features, they need systems that keep operations moving. User personas and a value proposition canvas aligned messaging with audience needs, shifting communication from utility-led descriptions to benefit-driven storytelling across brand and website.
Brand
The identity introduces the energy of sports brands into a SaaS environment. The existing logo was refined while a broader system was developed around bold typography, dynamic imagery, and a distinctive colour palette. All-caps headlines create immediacy, while a green-led palette with vibrant accents and warm neutrals balances energy with control. Motion, action, and composition bring rhythm to the system, supported by structured layouts that keep the product central.
Website
The site follows a top-down narrative structure, using bold headlines, high-contrast sections, and modular components to make complex information easy to navigate. Dynamic imagery and animated product visuals extend the brand system into an interactive experience. Built in WordPress with custom Gutenberg blocks and a centralised theme.json, the system enables flexible, on-brand page creation and long-term scalability.
