Challenge

AudiencePlus had refreshed its branding and needed its product and marketing website to catch up. The platform required a redesign that balanced a bold visual identity with genuine usability, while building a design system scalable enough for the team to manage independently going forward.

Strategy

Research and user personas grounded the design before any visual decisions were made. We developed wireframes iteratively, using prototyping and testing to validate navigation logic at each stage. The design system was built using variables, boolean properties, and Tailwind-inspired colour tokens, structured for flexibility and handed over with training to enable the client team to manage it independently.

Product

The redesigned platform focused on structuring a growing set of workflows and AI-powered features into a coherent and usable system. We refined the experience around clearer hierarchy, modular patterns, and more intuitive content-creation flows, ensuring that audience management, creator management, and Copilot assistance could operate seamlessly within one product environment. Dark and light modes were implemented using Figma variables and colour tokens to maintain consistency across the system.

Website

The marketing website was rebuilt in Webflow to align with the refreshed brand, using GSAP and Lottie for dynamic animation and Slick.js for responsive content display. Motion and storytelling were used to communicate platform capabilities clearly, with the Goldenhour sub-brand given prominent placement to reinforce AudiencePlus’s broader value proposition.

Outcome

Across four months and two parallel tracks, product design, website, and development were brought into alignment, giving AudiencePlus a unified, scalable digital presence ready for the next stage of growth.
