eOne

One brand, one platform, one clear story

Challenge

eOne’s individual products had each built strong standalone identities, but the overarching brand had fallen behind. Separate websites and disconnected narratives made it difficult for users to understand how everything connected, or why it mattered.

Strategy

Stakeholder and user interviews, competitive analysis, and visual benchmarking were combined to define eOne’s brand foundations before any design decisions were made. User personas and a value proposition canvas guided both messaging and visual direction, ensuring the rebrand addressed real user needs alongside business objectives.

Brand

The identity needed to unify the product ecosystem without losing existing recognition. We developed a modular visual system with vibrant elements that balance sophistication and simplicity, preserving familiar cues while introducing new colour and form to express the interconnected nature of the platform.

Website

Navigation was rebuilt from the ground up, using tree testing to validate structure before implementation. Wireframes translated complex product information into clear, navigable journeys for UI and development. A comprehensive product visual library made technical concepts immediately legible. Built in WordPress with custom Gutenberg blocks, the system gives the eOne team full control over content while maintaining consistency across the site.

Outcome

Across an eight-month engagement, eOne moved from a fragmented set of products to a cohesive brand and digital experience, with a scalable system of assets, pages, and templates supporting ongoing growth.
